Refund policy

We produce each item to order through our trusted production partner, Contrado, based in the UK. Because every piece is made individually, we don’t hold stock and cannot offer exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at helen@elluse.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work with Contrado to arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved. Return shipping may not be required, depending on the case.

Please note: all items are print-on-demand and made specifically for you, so we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes or buyer’s remorse.
